By using Wandr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Wandr Provides

Wandr is an AI-powered walking tour app. It uses your location to find nearby points of interest and generates audio narration about them. The service requires an internet connection and GPS access to function.

AI-Generated Content

All narration in Wandr is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should not rely on Wandr narration as a factual reference, historical record, or navigational guide.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

Your Responsibilities

Pay attention to your surroundings while walking. Wandr is not a navigation app; always watch where you are going.
Follow all local laws, traffic signals, and pedestrian rules.
Do not use Wandr while driving or cycling.
You are responsible for your own safety during walks.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access admin or internal features not intended for your use
Abuse the API or generate excessive requests

Availability

We aim to keep Wandr available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party services (Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs) that may experience downtime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Wandr name, logo, and app design are our property. AI-generated narrations are created for your personal, non-commercial use during walks. You may not record, redistribute, or commercially use the generated narrations.

Limitation of Liability

Wandr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: injuries during walks, reliance on AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
